• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Prices are subject to change and include applicable taxes and fees.

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour will receive a 50% refund; cancellations must be made by calling us directly.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

• Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not permitted.

• Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting location. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking without a refund.

• River City Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be notified and offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff during the tour.

• By participating in a tour, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with the activity.

• River City Tours is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the tour, except where caused by negligence on our part.
